The service is provided by jocapps GmbH, Kaiser-Joseph-Str. 254, 79098 Freiburg, Germany. To ensure operational fulfillment, security, and infrastructure stability, we utilize specialized subcontractors, including but not limited to Xano (USA), CodeMagic (UK), Stripe (Ireland), and DESPIA LLC-FZ (UAE). By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to this multi-jurisdictional data processing and service delivery model.
Cloud Builder is a specialized toolset; it does not inherently include all features of the original WebViewGold package. The software and services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jocapps GmbH expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or technical compatibility with future operating system updates or third-party store requirements.
The user retains sole legal and operational responsibility for all submitted content, account configurations, developer credentials, and the ultimate decision to publish. You represent and warrant that your use of the service complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Policies, and the laws of Germany, the USA, and the UAE.
Any suspected violation, illegal content, or prohibited use may result in immediate account limitation, suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice and without any entitlement to compensation.
No refund guarantee: Due to the nature of digital services and third-party dependencies, refunds are excluded in cases of app rejection, delayed reviews, changes in store policy interpretations, or account terminations by third-party platforms. As a voluntary gesture of goodwill, and without any legal obligation, we may grant up to three (3) Bundle ID changes per order, subject to technical feasibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of jocapps GmbH and its subcontractors is strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the specific upgrade giving rise to the claim. Liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims - is explicitly excluded.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, security risks, fraud indicators, unpaid balances, excessive support burden, or compliance concerns. Users remain responsible for all payments, taxes, and potential chargeback fees. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes your binding acceptance of the most current version.

Data may be processed globally depending on system routing and security requirements. By using our services, you acknowledge that cross-border data transfers are conducted to fulfill our contractual obligations, ensure anti-fraud measures, and maintain legal compliance.
Financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe. Stripe operates under its own compliance framework in Ireland and the USA; jocapps GmbH does not receive/store sensitive credit card numbers on its own servers.
Data is retained as long as necessary for audit trails, tax obligations, and legal defense. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to third parties occurs only where mandated by law, for fraud prevention, or to protect our legitimate business interests.
