The service and software are provided "as is" without warranties, and there is no right to a partial or full refund for any reason, even if our subcontractor discontinues the service. Liability of jocapps GmbH is limited to the amount paid for the upgrade. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the service is at your own risk and subject to German law and a fair usage policy determined at the sole discretion of our fulfilment team. By submitting license codes you confirm you have the necessary rights. We may suspend service for misuse. Payments are your responsibility and any taxes or fees must be covered by you. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

We collect only the email address and license codes you provide to process your upgrade. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card details. Data may be processed in the USA for fulfilment. We retain data only as long as necessary for legal obligations and do not sell or share it beyond what is required. You may request access or deletion via [email protected]. Your data is stored in the EU and may be transferred to the USA for fulfilment. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
